🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Four Days Running. Four Days Walking. One Incredible Cause — CASPA  

We’ve laced up our trainers (and may already be questioning that decision!) to take on Fourdaysrunning and Fourdayswalking, all to raise funds for CASPA (Charity no. 1200786) — an amazing local charity that has been supporting autistic children, adults, and their families in Bromley for over 20 years.  

At CASPA, every autistic person is valued, understood, and supported to live their best life — without limits or barriers. Through social clubs and activities, they create safe spaces where people can try new things, build confidence, make friends, and feel part of a community.  

Right now, demand is greater than ever. CASPA supports nearly 300 members, with more than 200 still waiting for their chance to belong. Our fundraising will help open two new clubs this May, welcoming up to 60 more young people — but £45,000 is needed to make it happen.  

That’s around £750 per child — turning anxious first meetings into friendships, and isolation into independence.
