About

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Four Days Running. Four Days Walking. One Incredible Cause, CASPA

We’ve laced up our trainers to take on Fourdaysrunning and Fourdayswalking, all to raise funds for CASPA (Charity no. 1200786) β€” an amazing local charity that has been supporting autistic children, adults, and their families in Bromley for over 20 years.

This year's challenge will be along The Saxon Shore Way. Teams will be either running c.110km or walking c.90km along the beautiful coast between 1st-4th May 2026 from Dover to Sittingbourne.

At CASPA, every autistic person is valued, understood, and supported to live their best life β€” without limits or barriers. Through social clubs and activities, they create safe spaces where people can try new things, build confidence, make friends, and feel part of a community.

Right now, demand is greater than ever. CASPA supports nearly 300 members, with more than 200 still waiting for their chance to belong. Our fundraising will help open two new clubs this May, welcoming up to 60 more young people β€” but Β£45,000 is needed to make it happen.

That’s around Β£750 per child β€” turning anxious first meetings into friendships, and isolation into independence.

If you can spare the cost of a coffee, lunch, or even a contribution towards a new pair of trainers (ours may not survive this challenge!), please consider donating. Every pound helps another autistic young person feel included, supported, and celebrated.
